Explore the idea that hope arises from the possibility inherent in each new day. Drawing on Rebecca Solnit and Virginia Woolf, we’ll contemplate how tomorrow’s open-endedness is a gift.
We’ll then engage in a sound meditation, opening awareness to the present soundscape, sinking into rich textures of noise and silence unfolding now.
This practice invites finding peace in not knowing, faith in emergence, and discovering hope in the uncertainty shaping each new moment.
